Services Provided

Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions offers residential cleaning services, including but not limited to general house cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning. Specific service details will be agreed upon during booking.

Services NOT Provided

• We do not move heavy furniture or appliances. If you wish for us to clean behind or under appliances, please have them already moved out so we can easily access the area.
• We do not clean exterior of windows. Unless those windows are fall in windows
• We do not clean up after pets, litter boxes or kennels.
• At Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions, we take pride in our work and strive to provide top-notch cleaning services. However, there are certain tasks that fall outside of our scope, such as hazardous waste removal, pet waste cleanup, and exterior window cleaning. Please refer to our service agreement for a comprehensive list of services we do not offer

2. Booking and Payments

• Payment is due on the day of service. We accept cash, checks, cash app, paypal, and chime transfers. 
• Late payments may incur additional fees.

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email.

• deposit may be required at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change, and any adjustments will be communicated in advance.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of service applies for last-minute cancellations.

Liability and Damages

• Our team takes great care when cleaning your home, but accidents can happen. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

• We are insured for damages up to [insert amount], but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage to fragile items not secured before cleaning.

• We ask that you inform us of any fragile items and their locations.
• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your property during our cleaning services, Fresh Start Cleaning Solutions cannot be held liable for any damage that occurs during the cleaning process. We recommend letting us know of any fragile or precious items before service.

Health and Safety

• Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions in the home, including mold, biohazards, or unsafe environments.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions pose a health or safety risk to our staff.

Bed bugs and Pests

• We ask that you inform us if you have recently had your home treated for insects or pests.
• We will not clean a home who has bed bugs live or dead. If bedbugs are found by your cleaner we will inform you of findings and the cleaner will gather their equipment and leave immediately. You will be responsible for the entire cost of the service.
